We want you to be satisfied with your MHOT purchase. If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom/OEM products made to your specifications
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Products returned after 30 days

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are covered by MHOT for defective or incorrect items. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
