These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Zhuji Yangda Automotive Tools Co., Ltd. through the MHOT.STORE website.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs. Prices may change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept PayPal, Stripe, and wire transfer for wholesale orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty

All MHOT products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
