At MHOT, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at returns@mhot.store with your order number
2. Describe the issue and provide photos if applicable
3. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back using the provided label (for defect/damage cases)

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
